1. Acceptance
#By accessing or using the Bharathur Pizza Co. website, mobile web, or any related service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part, you must discontinue use immediately.
2. Eligibility
#You must be at least 18 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent to place orders and use transactional features. You represent that you have the authority to enter into this agreement and comply with all applicable laws in India.
3. Accounts
#To access certain features, you may create an account using accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

- We may suspend accounts for suspicious activity.
4. Orders
#All orders are subject to availability, confirmation, and our acceptance. Prices are in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason including stock or pricing errors.
5. Delivery
#Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or operational constraints. Risk in the order passes to you upon delivery to the address specified at checkout.
6. Allergens
#We disclose major ingredients and common allergens where feasible. Cross-contamination risk is minimized but cannot be eliminated entirely. If you have severe allergies, please contact us before ordering.
7. Menu Modifications
#We may change or discontinue menu items, ingredients, or prices without prior notice. Seasonal availability may affect options and preparation times.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
#Orders can be cancelled until preparation begins. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Partial refunds may apply if items were consumed or missing information prevented delivery.
- Report issues within 24 hours of delivery.
- We may request photos or evidence to assess claims.
9. Promotions
#Promo codes, vouchers, and loyalty benefits are subject to specific terms and validity periods. Only one offer can be applied per order unless explicitly stated.
10. User Content & Reviews
#By submitting ratings, feedback, or photos, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display such content for promotion and service improvement, subject to our Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual Property
#All content including logos, designs, recipes, text, graphics, and software is the property of Bharathur Pizza Co. or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
12. Prohibited Use
#You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to fraud, scraping, reverse engineering, interfering with security features, or engaging in any unlawful activity.
- No automated ordering without prior written consent.
- No posting of defamatory, obscene, or infringing content.
13. Third‑party Services
#Our services may integrate with third‑party payment gateways, delivery partners, or analytics. We are not responsible for third‑party content, policies, or practices.
14. Liability
#To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of your affected order.
15. Data Privacy
#We process personal data in accordance with applicable Indian data protection frameworks. We employ reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information.
16. Communications
#By providing contact details, you consent to receive transactional and service communications. You may opt out of non-essential marketing messages at any time.
17. Governing Law
#These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Without prejudice to applicable consumer protection rights, courts located in Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
18. Dispute Resolution
#We encourage amicable resolution through our support channel first. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by arbitration in Bengaluru under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in English.
